Review of Soft Sensor Techniques for Hydrocracking Process

Hydrocracking is the most important reprocessing of crude oil in petroleum refining industry. It is also one of the core processes for light heavy oil and production of commercial oil. The monitoring process of heavy oil hydrocracking is introduced,and the background and cause of soft sensing of hydrocracking process are analyzed. The paper focuses on three key problems in the high precision control and energy saving optimization of heavy oil hydrocracking process are reviewed,including: Multi characteristic scale is in the multivariate and nonlinear of the target process; hydrocracking process has a non probability of multiple stable working point, the output is difficult to guide the problem of production; the process is vulnerable to missing sample and outlier sample factors.

Characteristics and Economic Analysis of Natural Gas Utilization in Northeast Petrochemical Enterprises

Petrochemical enterprises in Northeast China mainly produced fuel hydrogen from natural gas; the gas units included crude distillation unit, reforming unit, hydro-treating unit, catalyst unit, ethylene unit, delayed coking unit, molecular sieve dewaxing unit, benzene and styrene unit. About (25~30)×10 4 m 3 gas was consumed for one petrochemical enterprise processing ten million tons of crude oil per annum. The main factors that affected the total amount of natural gas consumption included alternative energy, seasonal variation, maintenance, market, emergencies, etc. The calculation of natural gas price bearing capacity with the surrogate worth trade off method showed the price of alternative energy such as naphtha and liquefied gas directly affected the economy of natural gas utilization. Clarifying the use regulation and economic characteristics of nature gas in petrochemical enterprises was conducive to optimizing the plan design of gas utilization, controlling cost and coordinating with the upstream gas suppliers.

Research and Design of Power Transmission Stability Optimizationfor Wireless Power Supply System with Endoscope

For power supply stability and low efficiency problem in the movement of the endoscope, the method of improving the power of the wireless power transmission was studied based on the analysis of the attitude and position movement.Using elliptic coordinate system, variation of the magnetic induction of the three-dimensional receiving coiland the impact on mutual inductance and coupling coefficient in the Helmholtz transmit coil effect when the position and attitude change were derived. Experimental device of wireless power supply system with Endoscope was designed. Through simulation and experiment, it can be seen that the Helmholtz transmit coils can generate high intensity magnetic field uniform, than columnar spiral transmitting coil improves the transmission power of 100 mW in the case of axial deviation and angular misalignment. The experimental results show that the proposed scheme can meet the needs of the power supply of the wireless endoscope.

Research on Image Retrieval Optimization Based on SIFTLBP Combination

For the problem of accuracy, realtime performance and illumination in image retrieval and feature extraction with SIFT, a new image features extracting algorithm based on the SIFT was proposed and the Local Binary Patterns (LBP) algorithm. It used the same keypoint detection method as SIFT. After getting the keypoints of the image features, the SIFTLBP descriptor was made up of statistics of gradient information in 16×16 region and rotation invariant LBP value in 9×9 regions around each keypoint, and then building SIFTLBP Feature Descriptor of image in each pixel region as the center. Finally, the extracted features of data were selected based on genetic algorithm, and removed redundant information of feature point to reduce the dimension of the feature vector. Experimental results showed that the proposed algorithm had a good matching result on Visual Image Feature Extraction, it was validated that the algorithm was strongly robust to changes in lighting conditions, and improved the accuracy and the speed of retrieval.

Molecular Dynamics Simulation of Homogeneous Epitaxial Growth on Groove-Shaped Substrate of Cu

Application of molecular dynamics simulation in different engraved with "deep / wide" for the rectangular cross-section groove and the Cu substrate on the epitaxial growth process of homogeneous using embedded-atom method model among atoms (EAM). Simulation results show that the "depth/width" of the groove and deposition of particles to the incident angle θ of the grain boundary and V → / V ↑influence, with the incident θ can be increased with the increase of it, with the incident V → / V ↑ can be decreased; When the temperature is 1 000 K, the "depth / width" is 1/2, a better film can not be formed, thin film epitaxial growth direction of the surface of all vertical. When the "depth / width" is 1/1, the incident can be formed at 10 eV better film.
